State of Play: Where we are.

Greetings Everyone,
Today marks 1 week since we started our journey together in creating a Universe that pays homage to a beloved creation and continue writing with one another. Ijust waanted to express my thanks to all of you who have joined us for Round 0. While the Design Team is responsible for creating the Framework of our game, I consider the opinion, input and participation in the final draft of the rules to be just as important as the brainstorming behind the scenes. Over the next two months you opinion will be invaluable in shaping the game at the start of Round 1 and as such, I feel we are obliged as The Directorate to keep you all appraised of what's going on and where we are structure wise.
First thing is first, I want to apologise in advance for what will be slow posting over the next few days. I am hiring the VPN first thing tomorrow morning [6/11] and will begin work on our new and permanent home which will be add free and fully customisable, just as it was in QfA I.
Once the Board is up and running, The Directorate will begin finalising a lot of the ideas we have been discussing behind the scenes. We want to start the game Sunday 6th January 2019 at the latest. To achieve that goal we believe the following Goals need to be met in order to begin function and play. They are as follows.
1. Starting Resources and Basic Economics.
2. CHOAM Departments, Share Ticker and Special Contract List.
3. Arrakis Framework and Harvesting Mechanics.
4. Landsraad Voting System.
5. Entities of The Imperium and Their Role in the Faufreluches.
6. Basic Personnel Mechanics.
7. Game Setting
At the time of writing, Item 1 has been finished this morning. I have made some minor last minute changes that I feel accurately reflect the Status of Houses and give the player a bit more hunger to want to Advance.

Players are encouraged to read through them and begin familiarising themselves with guidelines. If there any questions or criticisms, please leave them on the Feedback page.

In other news I would like to welcome Ecaz and Harkonnen to the game and thank them for giving us a shot. I would also like to let you all know that an old acquaintance of mine who used to play QfA will be joining us. I know him as Thrant but you will be getting to know him as the new Count Fenring. I hope you will bid him welcome when he deigns to make his appearance.
In the coming days we will be setting up a group Discord where we can come together and share ideas or make suggestions to existing rules as they are made public. I can't stress enough how valued or important your feedback will be going forward.

Svetlana mentioned there was a posting issue earlier, I believe I have sorted it now. Also, you guys can register characters using the same email address too. No more messing around. As of now, we are officially moving to the new board. Dont worry about your posts here, I will import everything once you have registered your characters. I have awesome ACP powers again!
